The organization launched new empowerment programs in 2022, focusing on women and youth, providing them with skills, resources, and support to thrive in society.

-          Similar intervention with the previous phase is going on.  At the end of 2023, there were 82 children (53M and 29F) under the institutional childcare. These children were getting the standard family type care and support along with the psychosocial supports, socialization and capacity building training.

-          Under community based support, 167 highly vulnerable OVC and children (95M and 72F) from most disadvantaged families in the surrounding community were privileged to full package of support through community based child sponsorship during 2013. In addition to these, a total of 143 children (76M and 67F) that were reintegrated during the previous years were followed up and supported to pursue their education properly.

-          In 2023 alone, 15 children (9F and 6M) graduated from different universities with 1^st degree. Some of them were gold medalists among their graduating batches. 

-          BoH was providing “Fafa breakfast” for students from the local community six days a week, which enabled the children to attend their classes after having nutritious food. During 2023 a total of 198 community children (116M and 82F) that attend their school in BoH compound were benefiting from this program. Moreover, these children have access to bathing facilities, sanitary materials, tutorial classes and library service. 

-          High school blocks construction begun in 2025.  Therefore, in addition to the Bridge Magdalena academies (from kindergarten to grade 8), BoH will start high school education that will create access to quality education for the children being supported by BoH and others in the locality.
